All shipping times include crafting time and are calculated from when you place your order.
For Orders Over $99:

PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIMES
- Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, your order will be reviewed by our team on the day of placement. Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve got all your instructions and choices perfectly understood, it’ll move to our workshop to begin crafting the very next day. If there’s anything we’re unsure about, we’ll reach out soon to confirm your personalisation options.
- Standard Crafting Time: 3 Working Days once your order is placed into our workshop - Adjusted to 5 working days during the Christmas rush.
- Design & Template Approval - Some of our products, such as the Arabic Name Necklace, require an approved design template before manufacturing begins. Once the template is prepared, our team will email it to you for review. Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. After you approve the template, your order will move to our workshop for handcrafting. If you need changes, simply reply to the email with your requested adjustments. You may request up to two revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.
All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our international crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 3 working days after processing. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery team based in New South Wales Australia. When your order arrives at our offices we ship your order the same day with the Australian Postal Services.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Crafting will be processed once we have received your payment. From receipt of payment dispatch takes 3 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS & QUERIES
Order processing time may be delayed if we have any queries that we need to be clarified regarding your order. Please supply us with an email address in your order that is attended to. If we can not make communication with you we will then try to call you on the contact number supplied when placing your order.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international orders placed outside of Australia, Silvery will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please research and understand the related charges you could be liable for prior to placing and ordering from Silvery.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Silvery will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
Our sentimental Double Hoop Birthstone and Name Necklace is ethically handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver by our skilled jewellers.
The elegant hoops are crafted in solid silver in our workshop, ensuring a meticulous finish that sets them apart from mass-produced pieces.
The necklace features 2 highly-polished silver hoops nestled inside each other. The larger hoop will be meticulously engraved with your chosen names in one of the Silvery fonts selected by our jeweller to complement the design. You have an option to engrave the back of this hoop as well. The smaller hoop will be embellished with your choice of cubic zirconia birthstones to create a personal jewellery piece that is a unique keepsake. The price of this item includes 3 birthstones with an option to add a further two stones.
The pendant is suspended on your choice of chain from the Silvery options, in your preferred length, and closes securely with an attractive Italian clasp.
This item is available in highly-polished sterling silver or you may choose to plate it in 14kt gold or rose gold vermeil.*
Your necklace will arrive attractively presented in a Standard Silvery Gift Box with options to select a Premium Gift Box as well as a finishing bow and gift tag.

Silvery reserves the right to void the terms of the warranty on any purchased items that show signs of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damage beyond normal daily use. Each warranty claim will be evaluated by our professional jewellers prior to determining a way forward.
Each jewellery item is thoroughly quality checked and photographed before leaving our workshop to compare against possible future warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days since the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
