All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our international crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 2 – 3 working days. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery team based in New South Wales Australia. When your order arrives at our station we ship your order the same day with the Australian Postal Services with the service you have selected.

*As we have a registered office in Australia there are no duties and taxes imposed on your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Crafting will be processed once we have received your payment. From receipt of payment dispatch takes 2 – 3 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS & QUERIES
Order processing time may be delayed if we have any queries that we need to be clarified regarding your order. Please supply us with an email address in your order that is attended to. If we can not make communication with you we will then try to call you on the contact number supplied when placing your order.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please note that DHL are not able to deliver to Post Boxes. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Please note that if you select our courier option, somebody will need to sign for the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international orders placed outside of South Africa, Silvery will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please research and understand the related charges you could be liable for prior to placing and ordering from Silvery.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Silvery will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

SILVERY SIGNATURE PACKAGING
Each order is packaged in one of our signature Silvery branded, environmentally friendly cardboard boxes. Each box is carefully filled with soft, natural wood wool on which your jewellery is placed. The jewellery pieces are presented on a white Silvery backing card then slipped into a clear plastic pocket to prevent damage whilst in transit.
The Art Nouveau movement celebrated nature by capturing its gentle swirls and rounded forms in jewellery and architecture.
Our Men’s Silver Family Crest Art Nouveau Signet Ring replicates these intricate forms in 925 sterling silver meticulously handcrafted by our skilled jewellers to create a unique ring that incorporates your family heritage.
The black-on-silver of the family crest engraved on the face of the ring contrasts with the strong silver-on-black art nouveau design on the shoulder to create an intricate design.
Included in the pricing is the cost of the engraving as well as the design fee for file preparation.
Please note: Due to the intricate nature of family crests, some details and colours may be omitted or altered during the editing process to ensure the best engraving outcome for your ring.
Additionally, you can add a personalised note of your choice and the ring will arrive in a beautifully presented Silvery box, ready to gift. This perfects the pairing of a gift lovingly selected by you which is masterfully handcrafted by our jewellers – your Silvery guarantee of satisfaction.
| Dimensions: The product image is a US Size 8 and the face measures 14mm x 14mm. However if you order a larger size the ring will be scaled accordingly with the largest US Size 13 being 18mm x 18mm. |
Kindly note : As this signet ring undergoes a complex crafting process that differs from our existing range, all orders for this ring will be subject to a crafting time of ±7 working days prior to dispatch.
Ring Measurement Instructions
RING MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Measuring your ring size is easy, but it does need to be accurate. Please be sure to use a ring that you own and wear on the finger you would like your Silvery ring to fit on. Simply measure the inner diameter with a ruler, making sure you measure the widest points (see the image below for reference). Once you have measured your ring match the diameter to a ring size on our chart. If you need guidance or assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our suggestions are not a guarantee of items fitting, but rather a guideline. We are unable to give you an exact suggestion as rings differ depending on the metal width and personal preferences on fit.
Should you require a second opinion on your sizing, please feel free to take a photo and send it to us. This will allow us to guide you prior to your order being placed into manufacturing.
