🎁 I purchased the English lettering/Figaro necklace in sterling silver & it came out as beautifully as advertised. Thank you staff for keeping me in the loop with every part of the manufacturing & postal process. Very, very happy with the whole process and product, & it only took 14 days to get to Melbourne after ordering. Thank you team at Silvery Jewellery Australia. Great work.🎀

Owner's reply

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely love my Silvery leather bracelet with kids initials, nice and personal.
But one problem, you can’t wear this in the ocean, the clasp has two magnets that hold it together, they rust quickly, and eventually it will let go and you’ll loose it. I’m in the ocean all the time so this is a big negative to me.
Are there other clasps ??? That don’t rely on magnets or use metal?

Owner's reply
Hi Scott, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're so glad you love your bracelet!
We don't recommend wearing your jewellery in either the sea or in swimming pools, since silver can be damaged by the salinity and pool chemicals.
However, should you order again you are welcome to request a different clasp- we will always try to accommodate your request wherever possible.
We hope to see you back shopping soon!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Purchased an engraved footprint leather bracelet - it is beautiful and exactly as advertised. A perfect piece to remember my angel baby. Communication was superb, and got emailed updates as my piece was being created. Shipping was very quick with no issues. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Silvery again. Thankyou!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just lodged my fifth order with Silvery. Great quality items and workmanship, and prompt and efficient service. I wanted a chain length outside the standard choices and my request was met without question. The quality of the engraving is lovely, and my instructions have been followed exactly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. I will continue to order from Silvery.

Owner's reply

We bought my son the infinity ring for his yr 12 graduation which also was his 18th birthday. We had it engraved also. Beautiful craftsmanship and quality. Loved the emails keeping me informed of progress and the process (a lovely idea). Currently browsing your website- in preparation for Christmas. Love the story behind your business as well- thanks for sharing.

Owner's reply

Great value product but unfortunately the laser engraving could have been deeper as under bright light the detail on my family crest is lost. In the future I would request that the lighter parts of the shield are engraved wider and deeper

Owner's reply
Hi Samuel, thanks so much for your review.
We really appreciate you taking the time to provide this honest feedback, and it is how we are able to improve and provide better service and products. We'd love to see you back soon!

The response was very quick and cudtomer service was great. Thanks again...I will be back...

Owner's reply
Hi Pearl, thank you for your kind words. We're delighted that you experienced the Silvery magic. For logistical reasons we aren't able to offer PayPal as a payment option outside of South Africa, but I am glad you were still able to complete your order. Thank you so much for your support- it means the world to us.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Placed my order and received prompt communication throughout the whole process. When the ring arrived, it was everything that I had hoped it to be and more. Since receiving the first etched signet ring and being so happy with it, I have now ordered another two for my children. I would 100% recommend this company and their products.

Owner's reply
Hi David, thanks so much for taking the time to leave this lovely review- we really appreciate it.
I'm so glad you are delighted enough to come back for more- for us this is the ultimate compliment when customers return again.
Enjoy your unique ring, and we hope your children treasure theirs too.
