All shipping times include crafting time and are calculated from when you place your order.
For Orders Over $99:
- Free Standard: 8 – 11 working days
- Express ($9): 6 – 9 working days
For Orders Under $99:
- Standard ($6): 8 – 1 1 working days
- Express ($9): 6 – 9 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIMES
- Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, your order will be reviewed by our team on the day of placement. Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve got all your instructions and choices perfectly understood, it’ll move to our workshop to begin crafting the very next day. If there’s anything we’re unsure about, we’ll reach out soon to confirm your personalisation options.
- Standard Crafting Time: 3 Working Days once your order is placed into our workshop - Adjusted to 5 working days during the Christmas rush.
- Design & Template Approval - Some of our products, such as the Arabic Name Necklace, require an approved design template before manufacturing begins. Once the template is prepared, our team will email it to you for review. Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. After you approve the template, your order will move to our workshop for handcrafting. If you need changes, simply reply to the email with your requested adjustments. You may request up to two revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.
All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our international crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 3 working days after processing. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery team based in New South Wales Australia. When your order arrives at our offices we ship your order the same day with the Australian Postal Services.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Crafting will be processed once we have received your payment. From receipt of payment dispatch takes 3 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS & QUERIES
Order processing time may be delayed if we have any queries that we need to be clarified regarding your order. Please supply us with an email address in your order that is attended to. If we can not make communication with you we will then try to call you on the contact number supplied when placing your order.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international orders placed outside of Australia, Silvery will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please research and understand the related charges you could be liable for prior to placing and ordering from Silvery.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Silvery will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

At Silvery Jewellery, we know that ordering items online can sometimes be tricky. That’s why we offer resizing services at a minimal charge to make things easier for you. When it comes to resizing your leather bracelet, we use two different methods depending on whether you need it smaller or larger. To shorten the bracelet, we simply remove the clasp and take off equal lengths from each side. If you need it to be longer, we cut new lengths of leather to replace the old ones, which does come with a bit of a higher cost.
Sending & Delivery Procedure
Once you’ve purchased our resizing service, you can send your item to us using your preferred courier. We ask customers to handle the return shipping, as it might be more affordable from your location than if we were to book it ourselves. Where we do assist is shipping back to you from our studio, as we have set rates with our courier supplier from our location. This fee ensures that your resized ring is shipped back to you promptly once it’s ready. Please choose the shipping option that suits you best during the checkout process.
Time Frame
We strive to complete resizes as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 days for your ring resizing to be finished after we receive it from the courier. After checkout, you’ll receive a series of emails with further instructions. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!

The Silvery Warranty offers you the full coverage of manufacturing, administration and shipping costs against warranty claims resulting from manufacturing defects and workmanship errors.
Silvery reserves the right to void the terms of the warranty on any purchased items that show signs of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damage beyond normal daily use. Each warranty claim will be evaluated by our professional jewellers prior to determining a way forward.
Each jewellery item is thoroughly quality checked and photographed before leaving our workshop to compare against possible future warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days since the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
