Track Your Order within our Workshop

You can now track the progress of your order through our workshop. All you will need is your order number and your email address. Please do not include the # when tracking your order progress.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Every piece of Silvery Jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to order in our South African workshop, where our story began over a decade ago. This process typically takes 3 working days, during which you’ll receive daily email updates on your order’s progress, ensuring transparency and excitement as your jewellery takes shape.

As demand grew from our valued Australian customers, we noticed challenges with direct international shipping, including import duties and delays. To enhance your experience, we established Silvery Jewellery (Pty) Ltd (ABN: 19629968565) in Sydney. This allows us to pre-clear customs, cover duties, and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Our dedicated Sydney team handles incoming shipments from South Africa, dispatches orders locally via Australia Post, and manages repairs or resizing requests within Australia for your convenience.

Once your order arrives at our Sydney office from DHL, our team will dispatch it via Australia Post on the same day or the next working day. Most deliveries within city centers are completed within 1 working day. For regional or remote areas, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.
