PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIMES

• Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, your order will be reviewed by our team on the day of placement. Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve got all your instructions and choices perfectly understood, it’ll move to our workshop to begin crafting the very next day. If there’s anything we’re unsure about, we’ll reach out soon to confirm your personalisation options.
• Standard Crafting Time: 3 Working Days once your order is placed into our workshop - Adjusted to 5 working days during the Christmas rush.
• Design & Template Approval - Some of our products, such as the Arabic Name Necklace, require an approved design template before manufacturing begins. Once the template is prepared, our team will email it to you for review. Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. After you approve the template, your order will move to our workshop for handcrafting. If you need changes, simply reply to the email with your requested adjustments. You may request up to two revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our international crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 3 working days after processing. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery team based in New South Wales Australia. When your order arrives at our offices we ship your order the same day with the Australian Postal Services.
