All our jewellery is crafted by our jewellers at our international crafting studio based in South Africa. Typically the time period to create your personalised item will take 2 – 3 working days. Once your order is completed we then ship your order to our Silvery team based in New South Wales Australia. When your order arrives at our station we ship your order the same day with the Australian Postal Services.

We offer Free Express Delivery on all orders using the Australian Postal Services

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Crafting will be processed once we have received your payment. From receipt of payment dispatch takes 2 – 3 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS & QUERIES
Order processing time may be delayed if we have any queries that we need to be clarified regarding your order. Please supply us with an email address in your order that is attended to. If we can not make communication with you we will then try to call you on the contact number supplied when placing your order.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international orders placed outside of Australia, Silvery will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please research and understand the related charges you could be liable for prior to placing and ordering from Silvery.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Silvery will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

SILVERY SIGNATURE PACKAGING
Each order is packaged in one of our signature Silvery branded, environmentally friendly cardboard boxes. Each box is carefully filled with soft, natural wood wool on which your jewellery is placed. The jewellery pieces are presented on a white Silvery backing card then slipped into a clear plastic pocket to prevent damage whilst in transit.
Our feminine Birthstone Flower Ring is ethically handcrafted from 925 Sterling Silver by our skilled jewellers in the Silvery workshop.
The styling of this contemporary flower design perfectly showcases the round cubic zirconia birthstone, nestled in the center of 4 highly polished silver petals. You are able to select the birthstone of your choice from the Silvery range of stone options, elevating the ring into a personalised fashion accessory. Please note that the colour of your chosen stone may vary slightly from the one in the image.
The ring can be personalised with your special message, name or date engraved on the inside surface.
This charming Memory Keeper is available in highly polished sterling silver or you may choose to plate it in 14kt gold or rose gold vermeil which is a free service offered by Silvery. (While plating is not permanent, rest assured that beneath the plating lies the enduring beauty of 925 Sterling Silver.)

Ring Measurement Instructions
RING MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Measuring your ring size is easy, but it does need to be accurate. Please be sure to use a ring that you own and wear on the finger you would like your Silvery ring to fit on. Simply measure the inner diameter with a ruler, making sure you measure the widest points (see the image below for reference). Once you have measured your ring match the diameter to a ring size on our chart. If you need guidance or assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our suggestions are not a guarantee of items fitting, but rather a guideline. We are unable to give you an exact suggestion as rings differ depending on the metal width and personal preferences on fit.
Should you require a second opinion on your sizing, please feel free to take a photo and send it to us. This will allow us to guide you prior to your order being placed into manufacturing.

30 DAY WARRANTY
The Silvery Warranty offers you the full coverage of manufacturing, administration and shipping costs against warranty claims resulting from manufacturing defects and workmanship errors.
Silvery reserves the right to void the terms of the warranty on any purchased items that show signs of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damage beyond normal daily use. Each warranty claim will be evaluated by our professional jewellers prior to determining a way forward.
Each jewellery item is thoroughly quality checked and photographed before leaving our workshop to compare against possible future warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days since the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
